About me
I’m a musical director, composer, and educator with a lifelong passion for music. I began learning the piano at age 7, and quickly developed a deep love for composition. This led me to study Film Music Composition at Leeds Conservatoire, where I returned a few years later to complete an MA in Musical Direction with Distinction.
My career has been a blend of creative composition and musical direction. I’ve worked as a musical director on a range of productions, from actor-musician shows to musical theatre, bringing my expertise to each project. One of my proudest moments was co-writing the musical “The Weird Sisters”, which we took to the Edinburgh Fringe in 2024.
Alongside my work in the industry, I’ve taught at several drama schools and stage schools across the UK, sharing my experience with the next generation of performers.
Whether in the studio, in the pit, or on stage, I’m passionate about guiding others to reach their full musical potential and making music an enjoyable, accessible experience for all.
